My daughter’s phone was not charging. Sam came out, was on time, and did a thorough job. He changed her port but noticed her battery, while working, was taking much longer to charge than the new batteries and gave me some options. I opted to get her a new battery too for which he waived part of the fee since he was already on site. Afterward her camera was not working. Sam promptly replied to my email, came back to our house, and corrected the issue at no charge. I was extremely happy with the service, the convenience, and the price of the service.
